'MultiSkate' Neutral Resurfacer (no sand) is 100% acrylic. MultiSkate Neutral has been formulated specifically to be used as a base-coat to fill minor depressions and voids in new asphalt or concrete, and improve bonding of the MultiSkate playing surface to the new or old base. A small amount of MultiSkate Color is added to tint the Neutral Resurfacer prior to application of the resurfacer. MultiSkate neutral requires the addition of 35%-40% water. Packaged in 5-gallon pails for ease of on-site handling. One or two coats recommended. Undiluted material requirements (coverage): 450 to 550 square feet per 5-gallon pail for one coat, depending on the porosity of the surface. 73 lb/pail. **Call for shipping price.**
