'MultiTrack Plus' Neutral Base is a premium quality 100% acrylic emulsion fortified with rubber particles formulated specifically for coating asphalt and latex/rubber running track surfaces. MultiTrack 'Plus' Neutral Base is available in 30 gallon kegs (290 lb) or 55-gallon steel drums (550 lb).
Beautifies tracks and provides superior protection against oxidization, ravelling, and moisture penetration. This is a great opportunity for your maintenance staff to begin maintaining your running tracks.
MultiTrack 'Plus' is formulated as a Neutral Base to be mixed with a ColorPlus Pigment Dispersion to achieve desired color. ColorPlus Pigment is packaged in 1-gallon containers and is available in 13 standard colors; dark green, forest green, light green, beige, brown, maroon, tournament purple, gray, blue, light blue, dove gray, ice blue and sandstone.
MultiTrack 'Plus' Neutral Base 30-gallon kegs require the addition of two 1-gallon pails of ColorPlus Pigment and 55-gallon drums require the addition of four 1-gallon pails of ColorPlus Pigment.
Material requirements (coverage) .10 to .29 gallon per square yard per coat depending on surface porosity. MultiTrack 'Plus' requires dilution with water and the addition of your choice of ColorPlus Pigment.
