TERMS OF SALE
We offer three payment options:
  1. Municipalities and School Boards: Net-30 with acceptance of approved Purchase Order on Corporate Letterhead.
  2. By credit card from USA and Canadian customers (we accept VISA, MasterCard, American Express and Discover).
  3. By cash-with-order (pre-paid). Contact our office for total price of goods, shipping and taxes (if applicable)
FREIGHT: All orders are F.O.B. shipping point.
This means that the customer pays all freight charges, including a small handling charge.
 
PRICES AND CONDITIONS OF SALE
ALL PRICES ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE WITHOUT NOTICE AND ARE NOT GUARANTEED. PRICES PREVAILING AT THE TIME OF SHIPMENT WILL APPLY ON ALL ORDERS and are subject to
  1. change without notice,
  2. sales taxes levied thereon
  3. additional cost due to State or Federal legislation.
Tennis Universal Inc (USA) and Tennis Universal (Canada) reserves the right to reject any and all orders.
 
PAYMENT ON ACCOUNT
  • Put your account number on check.
  • Pay oldest invoice first.
  • If more than one invoice is paid with one check, please indicate which invoices are being paid.
  • No deduction may be made in remittance on credits due without prior issuance of a Tennis Universal Inc (USA) or Tennis Universal (Canada) credit-memo to cover such deductions.
  • NO SHIPMENTS will be made to accounts with past due unpaid invoices.
SHIPPING POLICY
We do our best to ship orders complete, but if we can’t, we ship what is available and then ship the rest as a back order. We cannot pay shipping charges on back orders, and will not allow deductions for freight, express, U.P.S. or parcel post on back order shipments. IF YOU WANT US TO HOLD AN ORDER UNTIL IT CAN BE SHIPPED COMPLETE OR YOU WANT BACK ORDERS CANCELED, YOU MUST INDICATE THIS WHEN ORDERING.
 
ORDER POLICY
Tennis Universal Inc (USA) and Tennis Universal (Canada) recommends for best results that a written order signed by authorized personnel be issued.
 
PRODUCT GUARANTEE
All products we distribute are guaranteed against defects in workmanship and/or material. Tennis Universal Inc (USA) and Tennis Universal (Canada) makes no warranty or representation of any kind, express or implied (including no warranty of merchantability and/or of fitness), with respect to any item or product on our web site, price lists or fliers, or in connection with any subsequent purchase or resale thereof, beyond specific product warrantees shown in our product literature. This supersedes any warranty or guarantee contained in previous price lists or catalogs.
 
CLAIMS
All claims, whether referring to errors in prices or in filling orders or for defective goods, must be submitted within 30 (thirty) days after receipt of shipment, and when the responsibility is ours they will be cheerfully remedied. Please put your name and sales account number on all correspondence.
 
SHORTAGE OR DAMAGE
Each shipment is carefully counted and inspected before leaving our warehouse. PLEASE INSPECT EACH SHIPMENT ON RECEIPT OF MERCHANDISE, NOTING ANY DISCREPANCY OR DAMAGE ON THE CARRIER’S FREIGHT BILL AT THE TIME OF DELIVERY. DISCREPANCIES OR DAMAGE WHICH OCCURRED IN TRANSIT ARE THE CARRIER’S RESPONSIBILITY. CLAIMS SHOULD BE MADE AT ONCE DIRECTLY TO THE CARRIER. WE CANNOT ASSUME RESPONSIBILITY FOR DAMAGE OR LOSSES OCCURRING IN TRANSIT.
 
RETURNED MERCHANDISE
THERE WILL BE A 15% RESTOCKING FEE FOR ALL RETURNED, SALEABLE MERCHANDISE OR REFUSED SHIPMENT. Any article sold on a close-out basis or which becomes a discontinued item or is marked Limited Supply on the price list is NOT eligible for return for credit. All returns must be authorized by Tennis Universal Inc (USA) and Tennis Universal (Canada) in writing or orally by authorized personnel prior to return of shipment. If authorization is oral, name of person authorizing the return must accompany goods. When approval has been obtained (except where the return is made due to our error), a service charge of 15% will be made; the Customer is Required To Prepay Freight And All Other Charges Covering Return.
 
Returned merchandise should be clearly marked with the sender’s complete address, be securely packed and sent Prepaid to . Tennis Universal Inc (USA) or Tennis Universal (Canada) warehouse location which the goods were originally shipped from. Contact our office to obtain the correct warehouse location. A note of explanation of the problem should accompany each item. Upon receipt of such returned merchandise, we reserve the right to inspect for misuse and to determine whether repair, replacement or adjustment is due.
